Oregon Sportsbook Promos
Oregon has one legal betting app, and its current sign-up offer is $150 in total bonuses for a $5 deposit. The Oregon Lottery runs that app through DraftKings, and the $150 doesn’t land in one piece. It comes as three $50 drops you have to claim yourself.
The bigger thing to know, if you live here, is what no promo on that app can ever touch. A Ducks or Beavers game is off the board entirely, because the Lottery takes no college wagers at all. Not a spread, not a player prop, not a futures ticket in January.
The offshore books that accept Oregonians advertise far bigger figures than $150, and most of those are closer to a bill than a gift. Multiply the requirement out, take a small slice of the answer, then set it against the bonus you’re chasing. Every offer below gets that treatment, priced after its terms and not at face value, and every one carries a date, because a promo you read about in July may not survive to September.
We may earn a commission if you open an account through a link on this page. It never changes what we write or how an offer is ranked.

Offers verified as of July 26, 2026. Books rewrite this stuff without warning, so read the current terms on the operator’s own site before you fund anything.
Bovada is the exception on codes. It shows the code alongside the offer itself and not in an advertisement, so use whatever is displayed when you deposit.
Run your eye down the minimum-deposit column and there’s a gap worth more than any of the advertised amounts. Three of the four offshore offers want $50 in the account before they’ll pay you anything, and a $30 deposit doesn’t buy a smaller bonus, it buys none. The legal app qualifies you at $5. Every book above takes Oregon action, though the field of Oregon sportsbooks is wider than the four currently paying for signups.
Why Oregon’s promo menu runs smaller than everywhere else
The offers here are smaller because there’s nobody to compete with.
Oregon runs a single-operator model. The Lottery holds the authority and DraftKings holds the app, and that’s the whole list. No FanDuel, no BetMGM, no Caesars is bidding for your signup the way all of them bid in New Jersey or Pennsylvania. A welcome offer isn’t generosity, it’s a customer-acquisition cost, and acquisition costs get set by whoever else is trying to buy the same customer. In a one-book state, nobody is.
The arrangement came out of a vendor deal rather than a policy debate. DraftKings announced its purchase of SBTech in December 2019, SBTech ran the Lottery’s old Scoreboard app, and the Lottery took the opening to move onto the DraftKings platform, going live for Oregon customers on January 18, 2022. Oregon’s move from Scoreboard to DraftKings is a story worth an evening, and it isn’t a promos story.
A second consequence lands on you every week, and it has the same cause as the thin promo menu. With one book there’s no line to shop. In a state with six apps you can take a total at -105 somewhere when your first app has it at -110, and across a season that shopping is worth more than any welcome offer. Here the price is the price. A short promo list isn’t an isolated quirk of Oregon Lottery sports betting, it’s one visible symptom of having a single counterparty.
Hold that thought against the offshore figures below, which are bigger for the opposite reason. Those books are fighting each other for you, and an offer that size always comes attached to something.
The DraftKings Oregon offer, exactly as the Lottery prints it
Five dollars gets you $150, and you pick which $150 you want.
The Lottery’s offer page carries a fork almost nobody notices, and one small word separates the two halves. Trade $5 and get $150 in Prediction Dollars that last a year. Bet $5 and get $150 in Bonus Bets that last seven days, with your stake removed from the payout. It’s an “or”, not an “and”. Same deposit, same headline figure, two instruments that behave nothing alike.
If you’re a sports bettor who’ll be placing tickets over the next fortnight, take the Bonus Bets. The deciding term isn’t the dollar amount, since that’s identical on both sides. It’s the calendar. Seven days is a short life for a bonus bet, and you get three of those windows to line up against games you actually want. A year is enormous by comparison, and it’s the right pick only if you can’t reliably bet through the next few weeks.
The two paths also ask for different behavior before you deposit, which is the part that catches people. One qualifies on a trade, the other on a bet. You choose between them at the cashier rather than afterwards, so decide before the $5 moves.
Everything else is short. Five dollars or more on the deposit, one per new DraftKings customer, and the rewards are non-withdrawable, meaning you can convert them but you can’t cash them straight out. The offer ends 8/23/26 at 11:59 PM ET, and if you’re reading this later than that, the app is running something else. You also need to be 21, the same floor the Lottery sets for Video Lottery.
Some sites still bolt a 20% deposit match up to $1,000 onto this offer, or describe the drip as six payments of $25 in bonus bets. Neither appears on the Lottery’s page, which shows one offer and not two. And the most-asked question about it gets answered by an absence, because no promo code appears with the Oregon offer at all. Anyone hunting a DraftKings Oregon promo code is hunting something that isn’t there. DraftKings in Oregon covers what the app does well and where it stops.
What $150 in bonus bets is really worth
A hundred and fifty dollars in bonus bets is not $150, and the gap is wider than most people guess.
A bonus bet pays you the profit and keeps the ticket. Win one and you collect what the price pays on a $50 stake, while the $50 itself stays with the book. So the money showing in your account is a ceiling on what you can convert, not an amount you’re getting back.
Which price you spend it at decides everything.
| Price | Decimal | What a $50 bonus bet returns |
|---|---|---|
| -200 | 1.5 | $25.00 |
| -110 | 1.9091 | $45.45 |
| +100 | 2.00 | $50.00 |
| +200 | 3.00 | $100.00 |
| +300 | 4.00 | $150.00 |
Run all three $50 bets at a standard -110 and win every one of them, and you’ve converted $136.36. Call that the best case rather than the plan.
The useful read is at the top of that table. Burning a bonus bet on a short favorite at -200 throws away half its face value before kickoff, since a $50 stake you never get back returns only $25 in profit. The longer price is where a bonus bet earns its keep, which is the reverse of how most people spend them.
A price of -110 is what the outcome pays, and it implies about 52.4%. A price of +200 implies 33.33%. Neither one tells you what the team’s real chances are, and the whole craft happens in the space between the two.
The counterweight belongs in the same breath. Longer prices win less often, so the higher ceiling comes with a lower hit rate, and you’re really choosing how much variance you want rather than picking up free money. Keep straight what a price actually is while you’re deciding. How American odds convert to payouts is the one skill that makes this arithmetic automatic.
Stretching a single bonus bet across several legs raises the ceiling further still, and how parlay payouts compound shows exactly what you pay for that. All of this prices the Bonus Bets path only. Prediction Dollars are a different instrument with different arithmetic.
The $150 arrives in three pieces, and one of them usually dies
This offer is a drip, not a lump, and the calendar does more work here than the dollar figure.
The rewards come in $50 increments every seven days by click-to-claim, across a fourteen-day window. Then each bonus bet carries its own seven-day life once it lands. Two clocks run at the same time, and only one of them appears in bold on the offer page.
The first $50. Claim it once it appears, then spend it inside seven days.
The second $50. Arrives a week behind the first, on the same claim-then-spend cycle.
The third $50. The one people lose, because by then the fourteen-day claim window is closing and no reminder is going to shake you by the shoulder.
The Lottery’s how-to-claim steps say bonus bets are deposited automatically, while the terms line on the same page says rewards are issued by click-to-claim. Those two statements don’t agree with each other, and the terms line is the safer assumption. Open the app on the seventh day. What the Lottery’s page never states is what happens to an increment you leave unclaimed, so don’t assume it rolls forward.
Miss a window, or hit a dead patch on the schedule, and a third of the offer expires without ever touching a ticket. Since the app takes no college action, your usable claim windows are pro dates. An NFL Sunday, a full NBA week, a summer MLB slate. A fall Saturday does you no good here at all.
So don’t start the $5 in a fortnight you can’t bet through. The clock starts at your deposit, not at your first free Sunday, and people lose more of this offer to a busy two weeks than to bad picks.
No promo here will ever work on a Ducks game
Those DraftKings promos running during a playoff broadcast aren’t merely thinner in Oregon. They’re absent, because the app can’t take the bet being advertised.
Ask the Lottery directly and the answer has no hedge in it.
The state government “has opted not to allow Lottery to offer college wagering at this time,” and the Lottery’s sports page frames the product around the pro calendar instead, promising regular promotional offers whichever of the NBA, NFL or NHL seasons you happen to be in.
Work out what that removes and the promo calendar gets thin fast. No College Football Playoff odds boost. No Ducks or Beavers parlay insurance in November. No bracket-week no-sweat bet in March, since the carve-out covers college basketball just as it covers football, and an office bracket pool is a different product from a tournament wager on an app. The scope reaches across bet types too, so a Ducks title future in August is off the board the same as a Saturday spread, and so is a player prop.
For anyone holding bonus bets, the consequence is concrete. A seven-day bonus bet you claim in October has to be spent on the pro board no matter which game you actually care about, and the Oregon fall calendar puts the game you care about on Saturday.
So Oregon bettors live with an odd asymmetry. National marketing plays on Oregon screens all autumn, pointed at an app that legally cannot accept the wager on screen. Three real routes to a college ticket exist from here. A tribal sportsbook window in person, an offshore book carrying the full board, or the fantasy and prediction products that sit alongside sports betting rather than inside it. Oregon’s college betting ban explains how the carve-out came about, while betting on Oregon football and March Madness betting in Oregon each work through a season’s worth of options.
Who can claim it, and where you have to be standing
You don’t have to live in Oregon. You have to be standing in it.
Nothing in the Lottery’s rules asks for an Oregon address, an Oregon licence, or an Oregon billing zip. What governs is where you are at the moment you bet. The Lottery’s own answer is that the DraftKings product is the same from state to state, with different features and functionality available depending on the applicable laws in each place, and that DraftKings runs it in Oregon according to Oregon law. Your account travels with you and the board changes underneath it.
So a visitor with a valid account qualifies for the sign-up offer on exactly the same terms as somebody born in Eugene. The age floor is 21 for the Lottery’s DraftKings game. Offshore minimums are their own business entirely and they don’t agree with each other, so check the one you’re joining.
Ahead of any of that sits the identity check at registration, which stops more first deposits than the age rule does. The Lottery’s account-transfer instructions show what it matches, name, birthdate and the last four digits of your Social Security number. An unverified account can’t turn $5 into anything.
The border case has real money in it. Washington authorizes sports wagering on a very limited basis, restricted to tribal casinos, and any mobile wager there has to be geofenced to the casino property itself. There’s no statewide app. So Vancouver bettors cross the river, the app wakes up on the Oregon side, and the sign-up offer is claimable from a parking lot in Jantzen Beach. That crossing is common enough to be its own subject, and Washington residents betting in Oregon works through the practicalities. Driving to Nevada is oversold by comparison, since a Nevada account is a Nevada account and it goes dark the moment you’re back on I-5. Oregon sports betting laws has the statutory detail, and Oregon betting apps the app-by-app view.
Claiming one, start to finish
Two walkthroughs, because the paths look similar from a distance and they fail in completely different places.
The Lottery’s app. Download it or register online. Clear the age and identity check. Deposit $5 or more. Choose your $150, Bonus Bets or Prediction Dollars, before you place the qualifying wager. Place the $5. Then come back roughly every seven days and claim each release.
An offshore cashier. Register. Enter the promo code in the cashier at the moment you deposit. Fund the account at or above the minimum. Then opt in wherever the book asks you to, which is not always at the cashier.
Step two is where the paths separate, and it’s the single most common self-inflicted loss on this page. Offshore codes go in at deposit time and none of them are retroactive. SportsBetting.ag says so flatly, that the code has to be entered at deposit and won’t be applied afterwards. A deposit made without the code is simply a deposit.
MyBookie’s Bet Back then adds a second step people skip, since it’s opted into on the bet slip after funding, so a correctly coded deposit still comes to nothing without it. BetUS gives you 48 hours from your deposit to request the bonus, and once that window shuts there’s no retroactive fix. And three of the four offshore offers here have a $50 floor, so a $30 deposit forfeits the offer outright rather than earning a proportionally smaller one.
The head-to-head on DraftKings against the offshore books goes deeper on which one suits which kind of bettor.
The offshore books that take Oregon players
BetOnline is the pick for most people reading this, because it’s the only welcome offer in the set with no rollover attached to the bonus at all, and a bonus you don’t have to grind is worth more than a bigger one you do.
All four books below accept Oregonians. Bovada spells out twenty excluded US jurisdictions, and Oregon is nowhere on the list. BookMaker blocks exactly four states, Kentucky, New Jersey, Ohio and Tennessee, and Oregon isn’t there either. BetOnline and MyBookie publish no US state list at all. None of that makes any of them legal in Oregon. The standard that matters here is whether a book takes Oregon players, and these four do.
The trade only needs saying once. Betting through the Lottery gives you a regulator to complain to and a state-backed process when something goes wrong, on a geofenced board with no college on it. The offshore books carry the full board including the Ducks, plus crypto rails and better bonus arithmetic, with no US regulator standing behind a dispute and slower, costlier exits on anything that isn’t crypto. Both of those are true at once. Pick the one that matches what you actually want, and know that the field of offshore sportsbooks that take Oregon players runs deeper than these four.

BetOnline
Code FREE250 returns 50% of your first-ever deposit as free bets, up to $250, on a $50 minimum. Their own terms say there are no rollover requirements for this bonus, which is genuinely rare in this corner of the market. The credit expires in 30 days, it’s sportsbook-only with bet-type and odds restrictions, and the offer is limited to players located in North America. One condition applies whether or not you take a bonus, which is that all deposited funds have to be rolled over once before withdrawal, and cashing out earlier incurs payout processing fees no matter which method you pick.
50% of a first-ever deposit back, to $250, code FREE250Verdict. For the bettor who wants the bonus settled in one ticket and no homework afterwards. More on BetOnline in Oregon.

BookMaker.eu
GET100 pays 100% in free play up to $400 at a 1x rollover, cards only, $50 minimum, first-ever deposit. That combination is unusual, and it’s the largest requirement in this set a normal bettor will actually finish, since 1x on a $400 free play is a couple of weekends rather than a project. The house also runs 20% crypto and 25% card free-play offers up to $500 at 8x on deposit plus bonus, and those are a different animal entirely.
100% up to $400, cards only, code GET100Verdict. For someone who’ll genuinely clear a requirement and wants the biggest clearable one.

Bovada
Bovada pays a cash match rather than free play, 50% up to $250 as standard or 75% up to $750 funding with crypto, both at 5x on deposit plus bonus. Cash matters, since a matched dollar behaves like your own money once the requirement clears. The board is the real draw for an Oregon account though, because the college menu is deep and it’s live all autumn while your phone’s legal app shows nothing.
50% to $250, or 75% to $750 funding with cryptoVerdict. For the bettor whose actual motive is the Ducks game the app won’t take. The banking side gets picked apart in Bovada in Oregon.

MyBookie
MB100BB is built backwards from the others. Rather than matching your deposit, it refunds your first bet if it loses, up to $500 in free play at a one-time 1x rollover, on a $50 minimum with a $500 cap on the qualifying wager. The value only arrives if you’re wrong, which suits people who’d rather have a safety net under a real bet than a big advertised total attached to a requirement.
First bet refunded to $500 if it loses, code MB100BBVerdict. For someone who’d take downside cover over a banner figure. Account handling and payouts are covered in MyBookie in Oregon.
BetOnline is the pick for most people reading this, because it’s the only welcome offer in the set with no rollover attached to the bonus at all.

A rollover multiple is a bill. Until you multiply it out, you have no idea whether the bonus in front of you is a gift or a fee.
One term decides most of it. At nearly every book here the multiple applies to your deposit plus the bonus, not to the bonus alone, which roughly doubles the money you have to push through the window. Bovada spells it out with its own example, where a $250 deposit and a $125 bonus creates $1,875 of required sports wagering before you can cash out.
Pushing handle at standard juice costs about $4.55 per $100 on average, and every dollar in the last column below comes from that one constant.

- Average cost to push it through
- about $546 against a $500 bonus
The last row is the one to sit with. A 12x requirement on deposit plus bonus asks you to hand back more in expected losses than the bonus was ever worth, and Everygame stacks a -200 minimum-odds floor on top of it. A 1x free play, by contrast, is close to free money. Eight times is a real job.
None of those costs are a certainty, they’re an average, and the reason they exist is worth naming. A standard -110 line pays less than the outcome’s true chances justify, and that gap is the house edge. Push $12,000 across it and the gap collects, whatever your picks look like.
Every multiple also stretches further than the arithmetic suggests, because of how the counting works. A winning bet credits only the lesser of what you risked and what you won. A $110 winner at -110 therefore pays you $100 and credits $100 toward the requirement rather than the $110 you had at risk, so a bettor grinding short favorites clears far slower than the table implies. Losing bets credit the full risk amount. The fastest way to clear a rollover is to lose, which tells you everything about who designed it.
Underneath all of this is a floor almost nobody mentions. Decline every bonus on offer and you still owe a 1x rollover on everything you deposit at BetOnline, MyBookie, Xbet, SportsBetting.ag, BookMaker.eu and BetUS before a single dollar comes out.
Add your deposit to the bonus, multiply by the requirement, take roughly 4.55% of that, and compare the answer to the bonus before you tick the box. That’s the whole decision.
The crypto tier pays more and costs you the exit
Every book on this page will pay you more to fund with crypto, and the extra isn’t free.
The gap shows up clearly once you put the two tiers side by side at the same book. Bovada pays 50% to $250 on a card and 75% to $750 on crypto at an identical 5x. Xbet pays 50% to $200 on a card and 100% to $200 on crypto, same $50 minimum, same 10x, no code needed either way. BetUS layers an extra 50% onto any qualified bonus for crypto depositors and runs a separate crypto sign-up at 10x rollover against JOIN125’s 14x.
MyBookie shows a differential that has nothing to do with the cap. Its Bet Back welcome carries a one-time 1x, while CRYPTO100 carries 10x on deposit plus bonus. Same book, tenfold difference in what you owe.
Then BookMaker inverts the whole pattern. Its crypto welcome pays 20% in free play up to $500 at 8x, while GET100 pays 100% up to $400 at 1x and is cards only. The card offer wins outright, so the rule isn’t a rule.
- Bigger caps and bigger matches at Bovada, Xbet and BetUS
- Payouts move fast, with Bovada crypto approvals in roughly 24 to 48 hours and delivery inside an hour for most coins
- Nothing charged on the way out, against $100 taken from every single Check by Courier
- Occasionally a lower multiple, as with BetUS’s crypto sign-up
- Bovada’s terms let it restrict your withdrawal to match your deposit method, and conclude a payout by an alternative method at its discretion
- Cards get punishing after the first deposit, at 4.9% on MasterCard and 6% on Visa at MyBookie and Xbet, and 15.9% or higher at Bovada
- A Bovada check takes 10 to 15 business days, so the slow lane is slow in both directions
- Occasionally a much higher one, as with MyBookie’s
The decision is simpler than the table. Already holding coin? The crypto tier is usually the better offer and you should take it. Buying coin for the first time purely to chase a few hundred extra in bonus? Price the whole trip first, including the exchange fee, the transfer wait, and the fact that you’re holding a volatile asset between purchase and deposit. Crypto betting in Oregon is worth learning before you need it, and sportsbook withdrawals in Oregon covers the exit side.
The clauses that quietly shrink an offer
Marketing sets the top line. Four or five clauses nobody opens set the real one.
Bovada’s bonus terms cap a sports wager at 50% of your deposited amount, and a casino wager at 20%, until the bonus completes. That single line stretches a $3,750 requirement across a great many tickets, whether or not you wanted to bet that way.
What earns credit is the next thing to check. BetUS excludes props, futures and quarters from rollover entirely, counts baseball at half, ignores NHL and MLB preseason, and only counts live bets on full-game and half lines. In a state where the marquee ticket people want is a Ducks future, an exclusion list like that eats the offer from the inside, and futures betting is exactly the market it removes. BetUS also contradicts itself here. Its welcome page caps rollover credit at the first $5,000 of any wager while its general rollover page says $2,000. Both are live, and the smaller cap is the safer planning assumption.
Everygame’s welcome bonuses require 12x at minimum odds of -200, which quietly bans the favorite-heavy tickets many people actually place, and horse racing and boosted odds earn nothing at all. Request any withdrawal inside 90 days of signing up and the welcome bonus is voided outright.
Cash out early at Bovada and you forfeit the bonus plus every dollar you earned wagering it, turning an impatient Tuesday into a total loss of the offer.
MyBookie allows one bonus per person, household, email, phone, payment account and shared computer, and suspected multi-accounting or VPN use triggers account closure with the balance forfeited. Its free play from a deposit bonus expires at 30 days, and non-deposit bonuses at 14.
BetOnline’s bonus rules treat withdraw-and-redeposit cycling as churning and remove all bonuses and associated winnings without notice. SportsBetting.ag goes further, reserving bonuses for recreational players and the right to take away any bonus at any time without explanation. A Bovada bonus can’t be redeemed with a voucher deposit either, so your funding method alone can void the offer before you place a bet.
Every book here also reserves the right to rewrite any of this whenever it likes, BookMaker’s terms saying so in as many words. Read the real bonus terms on the day your money moves rather than the day you bookmarked them, and check how Oregon sportsbook deposits interact with whichever offer you take.
What’s on the menu after week one
Across a full season the welcome offer is the smallest thing you’ll be handed, and it’s the only one most people read closely.
MyBookie reloads run 8x to 9x on sports with code MBSPORTSRELOAD, and 8x to 12x on crypto with MBCRYPTORELOAD, both on deposit plus bonus. Those sit well above its 1x welcome refund, so the first offer really is the friendliest one there.
BookMaker runs the reverse, and it’s the only tiered structure in the group. Gold pays 10% at 4x, Platinum 15% at 5x, Diamond 20% at 5x, all on deposit plus bonus. Both of those multiples undercut its own 8x welcome offers. What a tier climb actually buys a normal-volume bettor is modest though, ten percentage points of match between the bottom rung and the top, at one extra turn of rollover.
| BookMaker tier | Match | Rollover |
|---|---|---|
| Gold | 10% | 4x |
| Platinum | 15% | 5x |
| Diamond | 20% | 5x |
Xbet posts the biggest reload ceilings, 35% on a card sports reload up to $875 and 55% on a crypto reload up to $5,000.
Reloads beat welcome offers for a reason that’s easy to miss. The book already has you, so it’s paying to keep you rather than to buy you, and keeping is cheaper. The catch is that reload value is capped by your own deposit habits. A 35% reload on money you were depositing anyway beats a 100% offer on a deposit you’d never have made.
On the Oregon side, the app’s promotions rotate rather than run to a fixed schedule, and the Lottery says only that DraftKings carries regular promotional offers through the NBA, NFL and NHL seasons. Anything more specific than that changes week to week.
Watch for casino components riding along on a sportsbook offer, since BetOnline’s welcome package includes 100 free spins at 10 a day for 10 days, each batch expiring in 24 hours with a $100 cap on winnings per spin.
What the tribal books hand out at the window
The retail books don’t run sign-up bonuses. They run a players club, and if you’re driving out to bet a Ducks game you want that card in your wallet before you reach the window rather than after.
A match bonus is an acquisition tool built for an app. A casino floor works differently, paying you in comps, free play and food credit tied to how much tracked play it sees from you. The useful question at a sportsbook window, which almost nobody asks, is whether a sports wager earns club credit at all. Chinook Winds describes its Winners Circle as earning points on slots, bingo, keno and table games, and sports wagering doesn’t appear in that list even though the property takes sports action. So ask at the desk before you assume your ticket counts.
Spirit Mountain answers the college question with a straight yes on its own sportsbook page, points bettors toward its Coyote Club rewards, and requires you to be on the premises and 21 or older, out-of-state residents included. Chinook Winds sets the same floor, 21 to wager or to collect. Age is a property decision and not a state one, so confirm it for wherever you’re driving.
That drive is the whole point. Grand Ronde, the coast at Lincoln City or Florence, or east to Pendleton, all to place the bet your phone declines. Oregon tribal casino sportsbooks covers the properties in full, the Spirit Mountain sportsbook gets a closer look of its own, and how to bet the Oregon Ducks walks every route. Anything a property doesn’t state itself stays off this page.
The other promo pool, from DFS to prediction markets
The most interesting line on the Lottery’s offer page is the half most sports bettors skim past, and it deserves a second look before you do.
Prediction Dollars are an offer in their own right, not a footnote. Same $5, same $150, one-year life instead of seven days, and mutually exclusive with the Bonus Bets. For anyone whose next month is a work trip and two weddings, a year-long credit is worth more than three seven-day windows they’ll half miss.
What the Lottery’s page doesn’t settle is what those Prediction Dollars can be spent on from an Oregon account. It prints the offer and the expiry and stops there, and whether sports contracts are actually available to Oregon players decides whether that half of the fork is useful to you at all. Check inside the app before you choose it rather than after, and know that Oregon prediction markets are a genuinely moving story right now.
Fantasy is cleaner. The Lottery states that daily fantasy sports is a separate DraftKings product and not part of the sportsbook, and that DraftKings itself stopped offering paid fantasy contests in Oregon back in 2021, while other providers continue to run them here. So the fantasy pool in Oregon means a different set of operators entirely, each with its own sign-up offers, and daily fantasy sports in Oregon sorts out who’s actually operating.
Some of those platforms list college player markets, which is why Oregon bettors reach for them in the first place. If player markets are new to you, player prop betting is the groundwork. Be aware that the legal footing under pick’em products and event contracts is contested and moves state by state. That argument is live, and this page isn’t where it gets settled.
Tax on what a bonus turns into
The bonus itself isn’t the taxable event. What you convert it into is.
Federal reporting on a sports wager turns on two conditions at once, not one. A payout generates a W-2G when it meets the reporting threshold, which for payments made in 2026 is $2,000, and only when it also pays at least 300 times the stake. Withholding at 24% starts once your winnings less the stake clear $5,000, with that same 300-times test applied again. On the state side, Oregon’s statute on lottery prize payments directs the Lottery Commission to withhold eight percent of any prize payment of $1,500 or more made to an individual.
Plenty of winning tickets never generate a form, and no form doesn’t mean no income. Offshore books make that easier to forget, and BetUS says outright in its account questions that winnings are not reported to the IRS, which describes what the book does rather than what you owe.
None of this is advice for your situation. Oregon gambling taxes goes through deductions, session accounting and the rest properly.
How we price a promo
Offers get ranked here by what clears into cash, never by what the banner says.
The requirement multiplied all the way out comes first, along with what pushing that handle actually costs you. Then what the offer pays in, where cash beats free play and free play beats a bonus bet with the stake removed. Then how long you have before it dies, which markets earn credit and which quietly earn nothing, and what it costs to get money back out of the account once you’ve cleared everything.
The multiple and its base carry the most weight, because that pairing is the only input capable of making a bigger bonus worth less than a smaller one. A $500 offer at 12x on deposit plus bonus loses to a $250 offer at 1x every time, and no amount of advertising can fix it.
The size of the figure on the banner counts for nothing here, and neither does how loudly an offer is being pushed at you.
Terms in this corner move week to week, so the comparison further up carries a verification date rather than sitting there aging quietly. When a book changes an offer, the table changes with it.
Facts checked. Bonus terms, rollover requirements, minimum deposits and expiry dates on this page were verified against each operator’s own published terms and the Oregon Lottery’s published DraftKings offer on July 26, 2026. Federal reporting thresholds come from the IRS instructions for Form W-2G and the state withholding rate from ORS 316.194.
If the chase stops being fun
Working through a rollover requirement is the one situation in betting where the terms themselves are pushing you to place wagers you’d never otherwise place. Worth noticing in yourself, because it doesn’t feel like pressure while it’s happening. It feels like finishing something.
And the math is exactly what it looks like. A requirement is built so the volume costs you on the way through. Nobody hands out a multiple expecting you to come out ahead of it.
If any of this has stopped feeling like a hobby, say so out loud to somebody. Oregon funds free and confidential help through the Oregon Problem Gambling Resource, at OPGR.org or on 1-877-MYLIMIT, and they’ll take a text or a chat if a phone call is too much tonight. Nationally, 1-800-MY-RESET takes calls and texts at any hour, and 1-800-522-4700 is a second live line if that one is easier to hold onto.
The app carries tools too. You can cap what you wager, what you deposit and how long you spend in there, set a cool-off period, or step out through the Lottery’s own exclusion program. Setting a limit while you’re calm is a different act from setting one while you’re chasing, and responsible gambling in Oregon walks through how the state’s self-exclusion works.
Frequently asked questions
Can I claim the DraftKings Oregon offer if I used to have an Oregon Lottery Scoreboard account?
The offer reads as one per new DraftKings customer, and a Scoreboard account was never a DraftKings account. Players who accepted the migration in 2022 became DraftKings customers at that point, so by the plain reading they’re existing customers now. An old Scoreboard login you never transferred is a different situation, and nothing the Lottery prints settles it either way. Ask support before you deposit rather than after, because a qualifying deposit that gets rejected can’t be re-run.
Can I take welcome bonuses at more than one offshore book?
Yes. The one-per-household rules are written per book, not across the industry, so four signups means four offers. Just know that some of these operations are related, and BetOnline and SportsBetting.ag run mirrored welcome packages down to the promo code, with FREE250 buying the same 50%-to-$250 free bet plus 100 free spins at both. Related books share terms, share codes, and sometimes share a view of who counts as a recreational player.
Does a push or a void give me my bonus back?
No, and the treatment varies by book. SportsBetting.ag’s welcome free bet loses outright on a push, so a tie kills the credit instead of returning it. BookMaker credits nothing toward rollover for a no-action or cancelled bet, and BetUS treats pushes and cancelled events the same way, meaning a postponed game doesn’t advance your requirement even though your money sat idle waiting on it. Plan for pushes on totals if you’re clearing a large multiple.
What happens to a balance if I clear the bonus and then stop using the account?
It gets taken, sooner than most people expect. Twelve months with no deposit, withdrawal or wager zeroes the balance at BetOnline, SportsBetting.ag and BookMaker.eu, though all three will reinstate it if you contact support. Bovada allows eighteen months and emails a warning at seventeen. Everygame also uses eighteen months, with no advance warning but a reclamation process on request. MyBookie takes another route entirely and charges 5% of the balance or $5 a month, whichever is higher, once an account sits idle for a year. A bonus you win and then forget about is not money waiting patiently for you.
Can I spend one of these bonuses on a Ducks futures ticket?
Often not, which stings given that’s why plenty of Oregon accounts get opened in the first place. SportsBetting.ag’s welcome free bet is restricted to spreads, totals and moneylines at a maximum price of +150, with futures, props, parlays, teasers and live betting all excluded, so a national-title ticket can’t be the bet you spend it on. BetUS leaves futures and props out of rollover credit altogether, so a futures wager doesn’t advance the requirement even where you’re allowed to place it. If a season-long ticket is the whole plan, choose the book by which markets its bonus accepts rather than by the percentage on the banner.
Is there a no-deposit bonus for Oregon bettors?
Where they exist, the cashout caps make the advertised figure meaningless. Bovada caps a no-deposit bonus under $100 at $125 maximum cashout, and one over $100 at 1x the bonus. MyBookie caps non-deposit winnings at $125 on sports and $100 in the casino, and its non-deposit bonuses expire in 14 days, not 30. A $50 no-deposit credit that can never pay more than $125 is a different product from a $50 deposit match.
How soon after depositing can I actually get money out?
Not the same day, at most of these books. BetOnline and SportsBetting.ag both hold a payout for a minimum of three calendar days after a card deposit and seven business days after an e-check, while Xbet runs a flat seven-day wait after any card deposit and BetUS adds a 72-hour hold. A smaller trap sits underneath all of them, because your balance has to cover the withdrawal amount plus its fee or the request simply isn’t completed, and at MyBookie and Xbet a pending payout is cancelled outright if your balance drops below it while you carry on betting.
How old do I have to be, and does it change by venue?
Twenty-one for the Lottery’s DraftKings app, set by the same rule that governs Video Lottery. Tribal properties set their own floor, and both Chinook Winds and Spirit Mountain require 21 to wager or collect, so confirm it for one that isn’t on that list before you drive out. Offshore minimums aren’t uniform at all, with Bovada, BetOnline, BookMaker.eu and Everygame all setting 18 while MyBookie posts 21. So a nineteen-year-old here can hold an offshore account while the only legal app stays two years out of reach, which is a strange place for the rules to have landed.
